Our Story
We built StoreTalk because we kept seeing the same problem: businesses in India were paying expensive BSP markups just to send a WhatsApp order update, or spending hours manually replying to the same customer questions every day.
WhatsApp is where Indian customers live. Over 500 million people in India use it daily. It should be the easiest channel for businesses to communicate on — but between the technical complexity of the WhatsApp Business API and the cost of going through traditional business solution providers, most small and mid-sized businesses were left behind.
