What counts as a conversation?

A conversation is a 24-hour messaging window between your business and a customer. One conversation covers all messages exchanged within that window — not per message.

What happens if I exceed my plan's included conversations?

You'll be billed for overage at the per-conversation rate shown in your plan. We'll alert you when you reach 80% of your quota so there are no surprises.

Do I need to bring my own WhatsApp number?

Yes. You bring your own WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and phone number. StoreTalk supports manual setup — paste your Phone Number ID, WABA ID, and System User Access Token in Settings and you're live in minutes. Embedded Signup (one-click OAuth connection) is coming soon.

Is the free trial really free? No credit card?

Yes — 14 days, no credit card required. At the end of the trial you choose a plan or your account moves to a limited free tier.

What's the annual billing discount?

Annual billing gives you 2 months free — equivalent to about 16.7% off the monthly price.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new plan takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
