What’s in it

Built for the messy reality of services

Generic calendar tools weren’t designed for clinics with multiple specialists, salons with stylist preferences, or law firms with partner-level scheduling. BookingPro was.

Multi-provider scheduling that just works

Run a 5-stylist salon, a 3-doctor clinic, or a 10-trainer gym? BookingPro handles availability per provider — including their off-hours, leave days, lunch breaks, and individual service capabilities. Customers see only the slots that work; you never get a double-booking.

  • Per-provider working hours, breaks, and leave
  • Service-to-provider mapping (only certain stylists do colour, etc.)
  • Automatic conflict detection — no two bookings for one provider
  • Provider-specific buffer times between appointments
  • Capacity rules for shared resources (rooms, equipment)

Multi-location for chains and franchises

Got 5 salon branches, or a 12-clinic chain across cities? Each location has its own providers, hours, and services — but lives under one parent business. Customers pick their preferred branch; managers see the network at a glance.

  • Each location independently configured
  • Customers pick by proximity, location name, or provider
  • Network-wide reporting at parent dashboard
  • Per-location pricing — same service different rates by city
  • Move bookings between locations when a provider transfers

Industry templates — start in 10 minutes

Don't build your booking flow from scratch. Pre-built templates for clinics (specialty → doctor → slot), salons (service → stylist → time), fitness (class type → trainer → date), law (case type → partner → consultation), and co-working (resource → date → duration) — all editable.

  • Clinic template — specialty, doctor, urgency triage
  • Salon template — service menu, stylist preference, walk-in slots
  • Fitness template — class capacity, trainer, recurring sessions
  • Law template — case-type intake, partner availability
  • Co-working template — meeting rooms, daily/hourly desks

Customer self-serve via WhatsApp + web

Customers don't install anything, don't make accounts. They message your number, see open slots, pick one, and they're booked. Or they tap a link from your website / Instagram bio and the same flow opens in a browser.

  • WhatsApp-native booking — quick replies and list menus
  • Public storefront SPA at booking.storetalk.app/your-slug
  • Direct booking link shareable on Instagram, Google, posters
  • Customer phone is the identity — no signup friction
  • Returns — historical bookings shown for repeat customers

Automated confirmations + reminders

The moment a slot is booked, the customer gets an instant WhatsApp confirmation. 24 hours before, an automatic reminder. 1 hour before, a final nudge with directions. After the appointment, a feedback request. Every interaction recorded under one customer record.

  • Instant booking confirmation with appointment details
  • 24-hour reminder with reschedule link
  • 1-hour nudge with location and parking info
  • Post-appointment feedback (5-star → review prompt)
  • No-show detection — auto follow-up to rebook

Reschedule, cancel, and walk-ins

Real life happens. Customers reschedule themselves through a WhatsApp link — no calling your reception, no awkward back-and-forth. Walk-ins get queued into the next available slot. Your team sees everything in one timeline.

  • Customer-driven reschedule with one tap
  • Cancellation with optional reason capture
  • Walk-in mode — slots into the next opening
  • Waitlist — auto-promotes when a slot opens
  • Provider-driven appointment moves with auto-notification
How it works

Live in under an hour

1

Set up your providers and services

Pick the industry template that fits. Add your providers, their working hours, and the services they offer. Most businesses are ready to take their first booking in under 30 minutes.

2

Share your booking link or pin to WhatsApp

Get a public booking page (booking.storetalk.app/your-name) and a WhatsApp keyword. Print a QR poster, add to your Instagram bio, or wait for customers to message your existing number.

3

Confirmations and reminders run themselves

Booking → instant confirmation. 24h before → reminder. 1h before → final nudge. After → feedback. You focus on the appointment; we handle the conversation.

FAQ

Frequently asked

Do customers need to install anything?
No — bookings happen on WhatsApp (which they already have) or on a browser link. No app to install, no account to make. The customer just picks a slot.
Can I sync with Google Calendar or Outlook?
Calendar sync is on the roadmap. Today, providers see their schedule on the StoreTalk dashboard and get WhatsApp notifications for new bookings. Two-way Google/Outlook sync ships in 2026.
How do I handle a provider going on leave?
Mark them unavailable in the dashboard for any date range. Existing bookings get an auto-WhatsApp asking the customer to reschedule with another provider. New bookings during the leave window are blocked.
What about no-shows?
Set a no-show window (default 15 min). After that, the slot auto-closes, the customer gets a "we missed you" WhatsApp with a one-tap rebook link, and your dashboard flags the booking for follow-up.
Can customers pay at booking time?
Yes — Razorpay is integrated. Set deposit-required services (e.g., hair colouring, dental procedures) so customers pay a deposit upfront. No-show recovery rate goes way up.
How does it work for walk-ins?
Two ways: (1) Walk-in mode at reception adds the customer to the next available slot in the live queue. (2) The customer scans a QR at the door, picks their service, and gets queued to the right provider automatically.
Can I run promotions and discounts?
Yes. "20% off on weekday mornings", "₹500 off first visit", "free trim on your 5th haircut" — all configurable. Discounts auto-apply at booking time; no codes for customers to remember.
What does it cost?
BookingPro is included in StoreTalk paid plans starting at ₹999/month. Per-booking transaction fees only apply if you take deposits via Razorpay (Razorpay's standard fee, no markup from us).
