Do I need a website?
No — your shop works entirely on WhatsApp. But every store also gets a free public storefront at shop.storetalk.app/your-slug for SEO and customers who prefer browsing on the web. Both share the same catalog and checkout.
Do you handle delivery?
You manage fulfillment; StoreTalk handles the conversation. We're partnering with logistics providers (Shiprocket, Delhivery, local players) for in-app shipping label generation, but the seller chooses how to deliver.
Can I sell on ONDC too?
ONDC adapter is on our roadmap — once integrated, your existing catalog automatically becomes discoverable across the ONDC buyer-app network (Paytm, PhonePe Pincode, Meesho, Magicpin, others) with no extra setup.
What does it cost?
StoreTalk plans start at ₹999/month and include the full e-commerce app. WhatsApp conversation costs (Meta's pricing) are passed through with no markup — we are a Tech Provider, not a BSP. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
Can I migrate from Shopify or WooCommerce?
Yes. We have native webhooks for both — orders placed on your existing Shopify or WooCommerce store flow into StoreTalk and trigger the WhatsApp conversation automatically. Run side-by-side or migrate fully.
How does customer identification work?
When a customer messages your number, we know their WhatsApp phone. Flows can silently fetch their name, order history, and preferences from your database — no "what's your name and email" questions for repeat customers.
Is the data mine?
Yes. Tenant data is row-level isolated; you own your customer list, orders, and conversation history. Export to CSV any time. We never share or sell tenant data.
What about returns and refunds?
Returns flow built in — customer types "return" or uses a quick-reply, picks the order, picks reason. Your team approves; Razorpay refund triggers automatically. Refund posted back to the original payment method in 5–7 business days.
