Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. StoreTalk Meet is browser-based — Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android, any modern desktop browser. No app install, no App Store approval delays.
How many people can join one call?
Up to 8 participants per call today. We can raise the limit on request for specific use cases (large group classes, webinars).
Is HIPAA / health-data compliant?
India's DPDP Act 2023 compliance is in place — encrypted in transit and at rest, India data residency via Cloudflare's Mumbai/Delhi/Chennai/Bangalore edge. HIPAA (US healthcare standard) compliance is on the roadmap for telehealth tenants targeting NRI patient bases.
Can I record calls?
Yes — with explicit customer consent prompted at call start. Recordings are encrypted on Cloudflare R2, linked to the customer record, with configurable retention. You control who in your team can access them.
What's the call quality on weak 4G?
Adaptive bitrate kicks in automatically — the call drops video quality before audio, and prioritises keeping the connection alive. We tune for Indian network conditions specifically.
Can the customer share their screen?
Yes. Customer can share their screen too — useful for "look at my error" support calls or "this is what I want" design consultations.
How is it different from Zoom or Google Meet?
